SUSAN SHORTERS brings over 25 years of experience leading projects and programs. Ms. Shorters specializes in training, program development, project management, organizational capacity-building, conference planning, and writing services. For over two decades, Ms. Shorters has provided her expertise to federal government agencies, the corporate sector, and nonprofit faith- and community- based organizations. Ms. Shorters founded HIP in 2009 and has built her company on her professional and personal philosophy: to have a positive impact on people, projects, and performance. She also infuses her passion for capturing success stories of people, programs, and organizations. Ms. Shorters is a Certified Professional Coach (CPM), whose focus and approach are rooted in relationship, collaboration, solutions, and results.
