Bob Levy, Business Development Manager

Since July 2016, Bob has supported HIP in business development and recruiting efforts. Before joining HIP, he worked at Performance Excellence Partners (PEP), managing 14 task teams for a multi-year small business contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Nuclear Energy (NE). Bob had regular client-facing contact with the NE COR and senior officials, managing PEP teams at DOE headquarters and offsite. During that contract period, PEP earned exceptional CPARS, and the Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year Award.

Bob’s prior management consulting experience included working for a DOE-awarded small business, TMS. In 2007, an investor bought TMS and other firms to form NISC, which IBM later acquired. In seven years with the three firms, he led teams supporting the same DOE clients. Before consulting, Bob worked 30 years in the justice field, including executive-level roles at one national nonprofit and two state governments. Bob holds an MA in Human Relations and Corrections, and a BA degree in Psychology.
