A New Way To Do Business

It’s 2021 and we are ready for a new way to do business! We felt a lot of pain, confusion, and unknowns throughout 2020, just like the rest the world. Between virtual teams, homeschooling, food delivery and business-casual every day, it took forward thinking, planning flexibility, and a sense of humor to maintain continuity. We marched on together and did the best we can. It wasn’t easy but we are thankful to be here.

Here at HIP we have grown from promising practices, practicing patience, encouraging celebration, and paying it forward when and where we could. We participated in Giving Tuesday with the Touch4life campaign, we had a sing-along Zoom style during our virtual Holiday party as we wrapped up 2020, and launched into 2021 with a strategic planning meeting Zoom- style in Q1. The year ahead will continue to demand resilience and efficiency.

Some of the things you will notice new about HIP is that we are expanding our services and looking for new ways to connect with you! We polished up our website and implemented more tools for social media connections and feedback. We invite you to check out the additions and navigate through our website. While lots has changed and some things are new, we still have the same mission and commitment: to generate positive impact and deliver maximum results.

Our team continues to apply innovative techniques to lead projects and programs with tools that will keep operations running smooth for our clients. Our attention to detail and planning for risks while utilizing best practices will ensure delivery of quality staffing, training, technical assistance, resource development, and project management for our clients and partners.
