The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration/Office of Job Corps has awarded High Impact Partners (HIP) two new contracts to support their initiatives.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has awarded High Impact Partners (HIP) to support ETA’s technical assistance efforts for the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) and Monitor Advocate System (MAS).

High Impact Partners (HIP) was recently the General Services Administration (GSA) contract vehicle in Q2 2021. Being on the GSA Schedule provides HIP with another vehicle for clients to procure our services and positions us to expand our client base.

High Impact Partners (HIP) has been selected by National Institutes of Health (NIH) as one of 42 businesses to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the NIH Path to Excellence and Innovation (PEI) 2.0 Initiative beginning June 2021.

We’re beginning the second quarter of 2021 and HIP continues to move quickly in adapting to a new normal, for now. As we proceed with caution and move towards new business practices, tools, and technologies, we have held ourselves as frontrunners in adapting to hybrid learning, collaborating, developing new initiatives, and holding steadfast to our core values.

Our coaching services are just one of the many ways in which we offer “the HIP advantage” to our clients. We identify and communicate the right messages to help motivate others to implement the necessary skills that will ensure positive results. In doing so, we earn the ability to strengthen and polish our techniques.

It’s 2021 and we are ready for a new way to do business! We felt a lot of pain, confusion, and unknowns throughout 2020, just like the rest the world. We marched on together and did the best we can. It wasn’t pretty but we are thankful to be here.
